Waverley House

A new sandstone, timber and concrete wing complements and contrasts the existing Victorian Terrace in this substantial renovation project. Our scheme removed a poor quality extension and replans the house to reduce its scale and substantially improve the quality and layout of internal and external areas.

A timber clad first floor addition provides new bedrooms spaces with filtered views to the east and west. The project involves considerable landscaping which was designed by William Danger.

The project is currently in the final stages of construction and we hope to have photographs soon.
